The Oktoberfest poster, or plakat in German, has been made since 1952. Local artist submit their drawings and a winner is picked for that years official design of Oktoberfest. The winning design will be on posters, steins, t-shirts, hats, stuffed animals, and any other thing they can sell as a souvenir.
